We have 34 airline seats reserved. Signing up with a deposit will secure your seat. The cancellation date is October 31, 2008. On that day the total number of people who have signed up will be given to Continental Airlines, and any remaining seats will be cancelled. Those signing up after October 31 will have to pay a higher cost, if seats are available.

    It is important to know that until airline tickets are issued, they are subject to price increases in airport fees, taxes, fuel, and other surcharges. No one knows what the airlines are going to do as far as price increases are concerned. This is why we stress the importance of signing up as soon as possible.

    Most airlines have instituted charges for checked luggage including skis, boots, extra luggage, etc. These charges will be paid directly to the airline at check in. A detailed lists of baggage fees will be provided prior to our departure.
