Lance and Kathi Wildstein graciously extend an invitation
to all WASC members to join them at their cabin for a
weekend of fun-filled camaraderie in the country. "The WASC Catskills Weekend" Come enjoy beautiful spring-fed Crystal Lake. Play horse shoes, bocce ball, or croquet. Go swimming or fishing. Hike up by the waterfall, or just kick back, sit on the porch and listen to the sounds of the nature. Bargain-hunters won.t want to miss the Sunday morning flea market! INFORMATION ON ACCOMMODATIONS There are a variety of accommodations available; drive time is about 3 hours. Wildstein Cabin Kathi and Lance can accommodate about 12 people on "soft surfaces," and there is room for about 4 sleeping bags. For those of you who love camping, they also have a 4-person tent available (weather permitting). Rent a Cabin There is a cabin available for rental just 4 houses away from the Wildsteins. It sleeps 5, and the total price for the weekend is $90.00. It is owned by friends of theirs, and they.d be happy to arrange this for a group. Catalpa House This lovely historic 5-room, bed-and-breakfast inn located in Rensselaerville is just 5 minutes away. Information on the inn can be found at their website, www.catalpahouse.com. Prices range from $95/night for a full bed and hallway bath, to $110/night for a queen bed and private bath. Rose Motel This small, 1960s-style motel with an outdoor pool is clean and nicely kept. Located in East Durham, on the way up to the cabin; about 20 minutes before Crystal Lake.
