The Annual Open House was held on October 25, 2007 of this year. It ended up being a tremendous success. Several guests showed up for the event and the members of Watchung Amateur Ski Club welcomed them with open arms.

    Pelican Ski Shop was there. RWJ fitness and wellness was there. Massages were available for those who just wanted to relax for a little while. Even the Ski Bums were there to talk about their mid-week trips to Hunter Mountain.

    Liz Holtz was there to talk about Skiing in New Jersey. She even had here book there, so if anyone was interested, they could take a look or even purchase a copy.

    And finally, Dr. Mastropietro came too. She is a Chiropractor in Clark, NJ and has done wonders for some of the club members who have gone to her currently and in the past.

    Pelican, the SKI Bums, and RWJ had raffles for outstanding prizes. We gave out several door prizes and also did a 50/50.

    Pictures from previous club outings were displayed and a slide show was running with pictures from last years club events and outings. We had brochures and flyers for upcomming trips.

    Overall, a great night was had by all and we hope to see many of the same faces again and again throughout the season. Even new ones would be nice too.

    A big thank you to everyone who helped out at the Open House and even a bigger thank you to all those who attended the event.
