Wednesday 8/26/2009, the Watchung Ski Club continued its Summer Adventures in Ethnic Cuisine with BBQ at the Stage House in Scotch Plains.
This restaurant is an upscale French restaurant with a cozy Tavern that offers outdoor dining in the summer. Most of the 17 of us had BBQ. They have an interesting concept. The meat in the BBQ is pay what you think its worth. Your drinks and sides are priced off the menu. At the end of the evening they give you a gift certificate for the dollar value of the meat you purchased for the BBQ.
